In 2010 Lancaster Youth Baseball Association was founded based on the following principles: ethical decision making, attention to learning the fundamentals of baseball while learning sportsmanship in winning and losing and maintaining the integrity of the game.  The children will be taught in a safe environment where they will learn to set goals and how to achieve them with hard work and dedication.
